30-Day Returns

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at hedgeswoodcraft@gmail.com with your order number.

Personalized Items Are Final Sale

Any item that has been personalized or custom-engraved is not eligible for the 30-day return window — the 30-day policy is void for these items once production begins. This does not affect the 6-month mechanical warranty below, which still applies to personalized pieces.

6-Month Mechanical Warranty (Watches & Pens)

Every Everbranch watch and Hedges Woodcraft pen is covered by a 6-month mechanical warranty from the date of purchase, including personalized items. If your piece experiences a mechanical defect — such as a movement failure or malfunctioning pen mechanism — we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only; it does not cover damage from drops, water exposure, normal wear (including natural changes in wood grain or color over time), or misuse.
